Terms of Use – Theatrical Screening Participation

Welcome, and thank you for supporting our film production. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in our crowdfunding campaign and any honorary invitation to attend the film screening.

By making a contribution, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Contribution

All payments made through this platform are voluntary donations intended to support the production and completion of our film.

• Contributions are not purchases of goods or services.
• No commercial transaction is created through your donation.
• Your support helps fund the creative and production process.

2. No Ticket Purchase

By contributing:

• You acknowledge that you are not purchasing a ticket to the film screening.
• No contractual right to attend the screening is created through your donation.
• Any reference to screening attendance is strictly non-commercial and honorary.

3. Honorary Invitation

As a gesture of appreciation:

• Donors may receive an honorary invitation to attend the screening.
• This invitation is offered at the sole discretion of the production entity.
• Invitations are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and carry no monetary value.

4. Seat Confirmation Process

A form submission does not guarantee entry to the screening event.

Your attendance will only be confirmed after:

1. Verification of your personal details, and
2. Direct confirmation by our team via phone or email.

Important conditions:

• You must provide valid contact details (mobile number and/or email).
• If you did not provide contact information, you must contact us at films@negativity.eu.
• Failure to complete verification may result in no seat being reserved.

5. Capacity & Availability

• Theatrical seating is limited and subject to availability.
• The production entity reserves the right to:
  • Limit the number of attendees
  • Allocate seats at its discretion
  • Deny or revoke invitations due to capacity or logistical constraints

6. Event Changes

• Modify the date, time, or location of the theatrical screening
• Postpone or cancel the event if necessary

In such cases:

• No compensation or replacement benefit is guaranteed
• Donations remain non-refundable

7. No Refund Policy

All contributions are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to cases where:

• You are unable to attend
• You do not receive or confirm an invitation
• The event is modified or cancelled

8. Donor Responsibility

By contributing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communication attempts for verification
• Comply with any event rules if attendance is confirmed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The production entity shall not be liable for any damages related to:
  • Participation in the campaign
  • Attendance or inability to attend the screening
  • Event changes or cancellations
